We want you to feel confident with your purchase from Speak Up. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


Returns
We accept returns on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Original tags must still be attached

  • Items must be returned in original packaging where possible


Non-returnable items

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards

  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or washing


How to start a return
To initiate a return, email us at support@speakupwear.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return

Our team will provide return instructions once your request is approved.


Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.


Faulty or incorrect items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including photos where possible, and we’ll resolve it as quickly as we can.


Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.
